Pearly Everlasting Tincture
Fresh Anaphalis margaritacea and pure grain alcohol. Ratio 1:2.
Has anti-inflammatory and astringent properties. A mild anti-histamine that decreases swelling in mucus membranes. Indicated for irritated throat and stomach. Should be tried to soothe head colds and sinus complaints.*
Take 2-4 droppers 3 times a day.

Ceanothus velutinus, certified organic grain alcohol and distilled water. Ratio 1:5.

Stimulates lymph system. Indicated for tonsillitis and sore throat (dilute 1:4, gargle with it, then swallow it). Helpful for enlarged lymph nodes and to shrink non-fibrous cysts.*

St. John’s Wort Fresh Tincture
Fresh Hypericum perforatum flowering tops and certified organic grain alcohol. Ratio 1:2.
An antidepressant indicated for mild to medium chronic depressions; in such cases it has to be taken daily for about 4 weeks to experience the uplifting effect. Also used as sedative and pain reducer in treatment of neuralgia, anxiety, tension and menopausal mood swings.
Take 1 - 4 droppers, 3 times a day.
Light skinned people with blue eyes and dark hair may become more susceptible to sunburn; avoid sunbathing.
Usnea Tincture
Usnea hirsutissima and certified organic grain alcohol. Ratio 1:5.
Antibacterial, anti-fungal. Useful for lower respiratory tract infections. Has drying effect, helpful for sinus infections. Taken for vaginal infections, especially trichomonas. Stimulates immune system.*
